No option to show thumbnails

I have just installed Windows 7 and am unable to view my thumbnails, it shows only the default icon. I looked through previous posts where the suggestion was given to "uncheck always show icons never thumbnails", however that option does not appear in my Folder Options. Any suggestions on how to get that option? I've attached a screenshot of the View options available.

Hello Demarskda, and welcome to Seven Forums.

See if using step 1 in the tutorial below will restore the missing "Always show icons, never thumbnails" Folder Option.

Afterwards, you should be able to enable thumbnail previews.
