Solved No USB driver Found

when i plug a usb device that will search the drivers and say

but when i connect this through Vmware player is ok and work fine

My computer right click go to manager and select the not driver install device and update the driver software
and give the C:\windows\winsix
and tick the include sub folders and hit ok
