Solved Non-Genuine Win7 Notice

According to MS, the Honduras activation centre is..
Honduras 8000 0122 – pin 5009

You can try the following phone for US activation - (from Microsoft Volume Licensing - Activation Centers)

(716) 871 2781

or perhaps...

United States Minor Outlying Islands - (65) 324 8098

The installed Product Key is an OEM_SLP one - and can never be activated by phone, so you MUST either

1) Change the Product Key to the one on the COA sticker, or from a valid Retail pack

or
2) Reinstall using the correct recovery media from the machine manufacturer.

If you post the MGADiag report, we can check that the second option would work. (from the PID from your original post, it would imply that the machine is an HP, built between about August 2009 and August 2012 - although if there is a Windows 8 sticker on it, it could have been built a lot later)
Just as a reminder...

Please follow this tutorial and post an MGADiag report - then we can see what the problem is.

Windows Genuine and Activation Issue Posting Instructions - Windows 7 Help Forums

Ignore errors produced when clicking on the Copy button - they simply mean that the tool could not create the backup files for some reason. The data is still copied to the clipboard for pasting to your response.

Please also state the Version and Edition of Windows quoted on your COA sticker (if you have one) on the case of your machine (or inside the battery compartment), but do NOT quote the Key on the sticker!

The installation appears to be properly activated!

The machine was successfully validated online on 18th April this year.
You may want to uninstall the WAT Update - KB971033 - which may give problems if it can't connect to Microsoft's servers every 90 days or so.

There could be a debate here as to whether the install should be classed as genuine or not, for the following reason.

Your installed Product Key is of a type (OEM_COA_SLP, or COA_SLP) which should only be valid on machines which shipped from larger manufacturers. Your machine was apparently custom-built, and based on a retail motherboard (manufactured in 2014). If you bought this Product Key with the sticker and disk, etc., then the person who sold it to you almost certainly acquired it through non-legal means, as they cannot be sold separately to the machine with which they were (supposed to be) associated.
MS has never to my knowledge however, made an issue of such licenses - probably because of public opinion, but also because the licenses may not have been reported as 'stolen' by the manufacturer concerned.

Hello Noel...very thorough response. During my answering your post, MS went ahead and froze Ann's computer stating that it was definitely a pirated copy! Warned her not to get out of the screen and gave another number to call to register her O/S...plus a place to enter the Prod. I.D. (again) but wouldn't allow any entry. I did call the number and the quality was so poor (coupled with the fact that my hearing is diminished that the man said he had my number and would call me back. Didn't call.

So I checked my mail and there was your post. Terrific info and I simply closed her window, went to prior Win Updates, located the KB971033 and deleted it. Restarted and checked it again to be sure it was gone. Restarted her computer and she's been operating doing her buying online for about an hour without any interruptions. Your advice was worth its' weight in gold, Noel.

Blessings!
