That is from Avast self protection driver
Jim, Do you have Avast as a AV program? the other files I am seeing right now are Microsoft system files, which never cause BSODs unless the system files are corrupted or the DVD used to install Windows have been tampered with.
I know you mentioned earlier that the computer in question is at another house. Do you have access to that computer now? Also, please tell me where you got the DVD or the ISO file that you used to installed Windows ? Also, are the system specs in the bottom left of your post yours or are they the computer in question? I need the system info, in detail, of the system having issues. In the mean time would you run a short system file checker for me?
Open a elevated command prompt ( click start, type
cmd in the search box,
right click on the cmd entry and select run as administrator) in the black box that opens, copy/paste
sfc /scannow. If you decide to type it, notice the space between the sfc and the /. It is a system file checker which will scan your system files and attempt to correct any missing or corrupt files. What we want are the results to say windows found no integrity violations. If it says files were found but could not be repaired, close the box, reboot and run it again, after opening the administrative command prompt. You may have to reboot and run it three times for it to repair all system files. If it can't repair them after 3 reboots, let us know.
The reason I am asking a lot of questions about your installation media is because I am seeing too many references to Microsoft Windows system drivers getting blamed or bring referenced with other drivers. In my experience, that is not normal. There seems that something else is going on there that isn't being told in the dump files.
