You could type System Information into the search bar aswell and for graphics you can also press Windows Key +R and type DXDIAG and press enter

I've been using this little program for a few years now and am astounded at how much information it will provide with just a few clicks. I'd be lost without it! Never had problem 1 with it. It's running fine on Win7, too!
