Have you tried reseating the memory and clearing your CMOS?

Yep I took a look at it. When I take one out, it still list only 2g usable. When I put 2x512 MB sticks, they both work.

So 32 bit would support 4gigs of RAM?

32 bit would run on a computer with 4 GB of memory, but it doesn't support all of it. 3.25 GB is around the max you'd be using.

That is a very RAM-intensive card, which I suppose is a good thing by itself.

However leaving you only 2 gb for 64 bit is a bit low, so I would consider adding at least 2gb in light of the video usage.

Or you could clean reinstall 32 bit, user choice.

Does anyone think he could afford to reduce the RAM reserved for video card? I would not unless good reason is given.

How is overall performance? Do you ever have hangs of any sort?
