After following all the above suggestions, you should run more hardware tests.

Recap: Your system became corrupt, you re-installed the OS and it was corrupted again, another re-install and corrupt again.
Something is corrupting the OS.

Might be your installation media, but this doesn't explain the original corruption.
Hard drives passed the Lifeguard test, still a question mark on checkdisk, which leads me to think a hardware fault is causing the corruption.
Possibilities are HDD - checked with a question mark, RAM, motherboard and maybe PSU. OEMs are not known for using quality PSUs.

Can you fill in your system specs?
You can use this app to find them: Speccy Free System information Utility
Then enter them in the 'My System Specs' drop box at the lower left of any of your posts.

Can you download CPUZ and post a snip of the CPU, Mainboard, Memory, and SPD tabs.
For posting the information , enter 'Snipping tool' in the Start button > Search box, hit enter. Select the area you want to post and save to a convenient place.

Run memtest86+ for 7 full passes, with all RAM cards installed.
Best to run overnight as depending on the amount of RAM you have may take several hours.
If you get any errors you can stop the test.

If memtest86+ passes, run a CPU stability test.
OCCT stability checking tool Run the CPU:OCCT test for at least 30 minutes, be sure to monitor your CPU and GPU temps.
Set the time before you start.
When its done, pass or fail, it will make some graphs. Post these here as they are useful for analyses.

The motherboard and PSU are difficult to test, we can look at these later.
