Not sure whether this is Eclipse problem or Windows problem

I am running Eclipse (Mars, though that probably does not matter) and also Lync (by default). Eclipse was running but not my focused window so I wanted to bring it in Focus. I looked in my icons on the task bar and there was no Eclipse. SO then I wanted to ask someone a question via Lync, and I went to the Link icon and hovered over it and clicked it, and it showed Eclipse, and wen I clicked it, Eclipse came up.

So somehow, Eclipse is showing up as one of my Lync windows. Not sure why this is but it is confusing.

ANy suggestions on how to remedy this or why it is happening to begin with?

I thank thee; however, I doubt that our sys admin will let me download a file. But I can always ask.
