Not Sure

All of a sudden I am getting the following message every time I try to start a new page.

"Microsoft Word Starter 2010 can not be opened. Try again or repair the product in Control Panel." :shock:

Can somebody tell me in Kindergarten language how to solve this problem.

Hello John,

Click on Start > Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program. Find it in the list of installed programs. Right click on it and select Change > Repair.

Did your Word Starter come with the PC?
If so it is a trial version and has a time cut off for use.
If it's a trial version you will need to pay for the upgrade and then you will be able to use it.
