NotePad gone crazy

I can not figure out how do use Notepad++ to save me. It was working fine yesterday, but today everything seems screwed up.


Is the anyway to return Notepad++ to it's original format?
It has an online user manual but it was very help.


I have searched for ways to use Notepad++, but none of tutorials show the mine does






This is the way I want it to show. Can anyone tell me how to show this File, Edit stc line?

The menu bar has been toggled off. Try the ALT key or F10 key to toggle on. Or go into Preferences > General tab to toggle.

Try starting with Administrator Privilege's. Right click and "Run as Administrator".
Also try clicking ALT-T and see if the Preferences dialog comes up.
