Nothing Works

Helo everybody!

I have a problem with my laptop, I starts but it gets only as far as the blue screen and thats it, nothing more, it gets stuck there. I have tried with start repair, safe mode, commend prompt, nothing happens, it only stops or loads and ends up with the blue screen.

I did boot with a windows 7 cd also and I came to install part and even where I can choose language but thats it, after that nothing beside the text which says the computer is preparing setup and nothing happens, stuck.

I would appreciate if anyone could help me out.
