Solved NV57H96U HP Gateway Drivers

Hey,

I've been non-stop searching for my laptop Ethernet or network drivers but I cant seem to get any or find a proper one that will work. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this or any recommendations?

Upload your MSINFO32.nfo file. It will help us to know which device or driver the laptop uses.

1. Click on the start button
2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.

Hi chaoisia, Your laptop is very old , you may not be able to find a win7 64bit driver these werw the only HP drivers I could find Gateway Support Drivers & Downloads If you know the exact marvell yukon ethernet card model try here Marvell - Support - Driver Downloads I'm sorry this is the only help I can give you

Install Service pack 1 and all other windows updates. Otherwise the system will remain vulnerable to threats.

Ya, Im currently updating right now. Ill see what happens.

I couldnt get my network driver to update so Im using a Belkin wireless adapter to connect to the internet in order to do updates.

Heres a new update of my MSINFO32.

Ive updated my computer a good amount and I think I dont have anymore updates except for a few optional updates.

Im not sure what to do with the realtek or whatever it does. Ive installed it but it does nothing.

Still cant get my drivers to update correctly so Im still having to use my "Belking Wireless Adaptor" in order to connect to the internet to do updates and post this.

The realtek driver is for the Blekin dongle, which is also fairly outdated.

The MSINFO filse are not stating anything about the chipset network driver. But, you may get all the drivers you need form https://support.gateway.com/product/default.aspx?modelId=3518 . Probably you need Broadcom LAN driver, version 14.8.0.5, dated 04/22/2013.
