I recently added a 4gb ddr3 ram to play some games but when I load a game, textures start to disappear or change color.

Few things i tried:
1. Defrag
2. Took out the CMOS battery
3. Installed older drivers for my GPU
4. Underclocked the memory

My specs:
CPU: AMD Athlon II X3 3.1ghz
RAM: 1gb+4gb [5gb] DDR3
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 140
HDD: MAXTOR STM380215A 80GB
MB: M4N68T-M LE V2

P.S Sorry for my bad English

Hello 7Serbia,
welcome to to the Forum.

If textures start to disappear then this could be due to quality setting of the game AND the amount of available RAM on the graphics card.

I think the NVIDIA GeForce GT 140 has 1GB of RAM.

I tried to lower the resolution and details but still it keeps messing up with the textures and objects

Yes, games often do that to save memory. Your picture shows actually your Graphics Card has 512 MB (half a gigabyte) of RAM.

You have added 4GB RAM, but the RAM you have added is computer memory, NOT graphics memory.

I know, but this problem started yesterday all games worked perfectly until i added the ram and installed x64 version of windows.
Game that takes 1gb of computer memory worked perfectly but now i cant even play the game with 5gb ram

I see. x64 Windows takes more computer RAM just to do basic function.

Where did you source the new RAM? As has always been with RAM as RAM gets older (in the sense of an older design) as DDR3 is these days, the price will soar to more than the latest, (DDR4/5) RAM,

in this situation users will often source second hand RAM to keep costs down, there is nothing wrong with this, but it does increase the likelihood that the RAM could be faulty.

If you uninstall the ram and the issue goes away, then the RAM looks to be either faulty or the wrong type.

If you bought from a shop of some kind, online or not, as a new item then you should be able to get a refund and source an alternative supplier. If you purchased it second Hand from an individual or a shop or online in eBay etc you would need to jeck what warranty you have and claim against this

Excuse me! Maybe I did not fully see. You cannot run a computer with 1GB+4GB RAM. If you use more than one RAM stick, then it should be 1GB + 1GB or 4GB + 4GB. 1GB + 4GB probably means that your computer only sees 2GB. Uninstall the 1GB, and the computer should reboot with the 4GB RAM usable.

OK test procedure would be as follows ...

Remove the new RAM and check if the system is back to normal, if it is then remove the 1GB stick and install the 4GB stick into the slot that was used for the 1GB stick

Test the system again - if it works then you can then try installing the old stick back into an empty slot, if you have four slots then you will normally need to use slots 1 & 3 OR 2 & 4 2 slot systems does not have this requirement (the motherboard manual will explain exactly

You may find that a mix of sizes 4 + 1 will not work together due to the way that the sticks or sockets are wired or the speed rating of the sticks these should always match or the system will run at the speed of the slowest stick installed

Has that improved anything? if not then you would be best contacting the supplier as you should not have worse results from 4GB than 1GB
