I get a BSOD intermittently, perhaps on average every few days and during no particular task (that I am aware of). Is anyone able to please advise a cause/solution for this error? I have run chkdsk but am not sure what to do next. Thanks in advance

Run the dm log collector again, there are several files missing including some dumps (per your description as the last dump is a few weeks ago).
