Tks Zidane, but I am afraid I didn't understand. Do you mean it carries only half of the rep power when we neg rep somebody?
I don't intend or have a reason to do so, just curious. I noticed someone with a grey square and made me wonder what he/she could have done.

Ex here...I am only able to give 75 rep to someone when I give postive rep and only 37 when I neg rep someone. Basically your rep power is halved when you neg rep someone
