Office 2010 Outlook send

Hello,
I have a user in my office that when she sends a message in Outlook, it stays in the Outbox until she hits the Send/Receive button. Nobody else in the office has that problem. Is this a setting issue?

In Office 2013 Outlook, select File, then Options & in Advanced there is a Send/Receive section. Have a look in this to see if any changes fix the problem.

The checkbox next to Send Immediately When Connected is checked. Other send settings match those of the other computers in the office as well. So it's got to be something else.

I've seen lots of posts where the message gets stuck endlessly, but this is different. The behavior is sporadic. I've been testing it and today it's sending mail just fine, with or without an attachment...
