The IT person who was here before me set up a computer with Office 2013. This person set up an install of MS Office 2013 with a specific email address. I don't know what that email address that they used is, and everytime I select "enter a product code instead" it always forces me to use the email address to activate the product. Any idea on how I can either retrieve what email address they used or activate it without having to use said email address?
