Sometimes when friends come over they always complain about my heating being broken and they call me a hobo because I'm sitting in font of my computer with 2 hoodies and 3 blankets on and all the windows are open. One even suggested I either go see a shrink or a heating repairman. They just don't understand the commitment

Good idea, actually thought about it but came up with few problems.

1. You would need a bug net on the outside, so a wondering beetle or w/e does not wonder into your spinning blades of doom.

2. Moisture and mildew buildup from constant higher pressure in the tube than the outside.

3. Would have to keep window open 24/7, not really feasible unless you just don't close them period.

4. What about keeping case closed, like me, I have 4 fans attached to my case side door, could attach tube to the outside of the case...hmmm will have to think about that one..might as well drill a hole in the wall to the outside instead of using window. Although other occupants of the house might get suspicious with me using a jackhammer making holes in the wall...what excuse to use??? Hmm... freshness holes?

Hmm wonder if you could rig up one of those portable refrigerant air cons to blow the cool air into the machine like that You would only have to manufacture a hood to go over the air con outlet don't think that would be too hard or even a car air con unit driven by an electric motor??

Oh guys I have it all figured out. Ready? Tin foil hats on? Ok here we go. Here is how we will build the ultimate cooled rig.

Step 1. Buy College Dorm Mini Fridge ( Pic included ) something to match your tower size

Step 2. Remove all shelves, anything that gets in the way; strip it basically to essentials ; for extra points cover walls with carbon fiber with about .5 inch space between fridge walls and carbon fiber plates ( will explain later).

Step 3. If screwed carbon fiber plates on all 6 walls inside the fridge, and you have left the .5 inch space, you will need to turn to smurfing of those little freshness packets that you get when you buy a new pair of shoes, shirt, sweater...you know with the little balls that suck up any condensation and smells?

Step 4. Fill up the .5 inch space with those packets as much as you without getting in the way of such things as fridge fan in the back.

Step 5. (Optional) If space permits, include rack for a few beers for those 21 and over, or 18 and over if you're in EU, sorry US side guys..laws are laws.

Step 6. Build your computer inside the Minifride.

Step 7. Drill hole on bottom of fridge and connect hose with a constant suction. You will need to figure out the dimensions of your fridge in cubic feet then run some sort of suction device to constantly run a loop which would remove moisture at proper CFM +5%~. At 10 degrees Celsius the saturation pressure of water vapor is 1225 (Ratio(kgw/kga) so 0.007612 . Of course this will be cold air, so we will need to apply a filter to suction any moisture from it and run it back into our minifridge closed loop dehydration system.

Step 7. Find an Air Psychometrics major to help us out and this just might work.

You should of seen my project on how to wipe multiple drives at the touch of a button. Basically it was a modified microwave oven with HDD racks build into it ( raid of course ) with a big red button that would activate the highest setting and *zero out* the drives..only for good. If you're paranoid and need a solution for a fast way to delete data

It was supposed to be a joke from a movie I once saw when they were drilling to the center of the earth and they *confiscated* a computer tech who had his house filled with microwaves with hard drives in them and it was shown how he panicked when they came to get him and hit all the big red buttons. Quite funny. The movie's name is The Core - 2003

Rationalize it? We're supposed to do that? I guess I'll have to send back most of what I have. Darn! I always thought we were supposed to just buy it because we wanted it. That's a real bummer. Shows how much I know.
