I have the official downloaded and saved as 2.35GB. But it may still be 2.36 before fully downloaded.
Exactly what happens when you say you can't download from MS? Can you describe what it does or what errors you see if any?

So , I'm going to download in my seedbox and then take in my pc (seedbox is in my Lan , so can download from der in Mbps )
In seedbox,I can only add torrents , and not the direct links of MS

right click the iso and click properties and then click file hashes tab
it will compute the hashes and then compare them to this one...

The 32bit RC equals the 2.35gb once downloaded as Airbot pointed out earlier. The 64bit RC is 3.04gb once on the drive. All that compared to what was seen on the MS download tool.
