OK to install this SP2 equivalent... over SP1?

My windowssecrets forum posted this SP2... for a New system install, but I'm wondering if it's ok for an already installed system that's running good?-

Microsoft has never released an official SP2 for Win7, despite requests for it from many MS customers. The closest we can get is an enterprise rollup, KB 2775511. This bundle of updates includes over 90 hotfixes released after SP1.

You find the download for the rollup on the Microsoft Update Catalog site. In Internet Explorer (you must use IE), enter 2775511 in the upper-right search bar and click Search. If an ActiveX control pops up (see Figure 3) requesting access, allow it; it’s needed to download the patch."

Please be aware that this is NOT an SP2 equivalent, even though the article implies it as such. These are specific hotfixes designed for specific problems. I would not advise you install it.
As you can see, it has caused people issues:

It's better to just use Windows Update to install the correct updates for your system.

There`s no such thing as SP2 for Windows 7

The big secret is---------their is no secret.

If one wants Enterprise things buy Enterprise and you will get the needed updates.
Their is no magic. Bring along a co-signer, Enterprise comes with a healthy price tag.

If Microsoft decides to offer a Enterprise ability for lower grade Windows 7 they will offer a KB to add that ability.
If Microsoft doesn't offer it I would recommend staying away from all those trickster programs. They probably wouldn't be legal anyway.
