My wife has Win.7 and Hallmark Card Studios. She creates E cards and sends them out. A lot of people can't get them to open. What could be the problem?

Have you worked through the sites help sections ?
As far as I can tell the ecard is a hyperlink to ecards.... where the browser should open to,
You might suggest to recipients to hold down the ctrl key while clicking on the links to the ecard ?
What software is required to use Hallmark.com?
It might be more straight forward to take screen shots of the ecards after being complete and send those as a attachment ?
