Open GL Graphics problem

I have just replaced my Radeon VX5450 graphics card with an Nvidea GTX 1060 card. The old card had no problems but i wanted to upgrade the graphics. I now get an error message saying that I need Open GL3.1 or higher. I have updated the card to the latest drivers but still get the same message. Surely the new card should work without another set of drivers?

I suggest downloading/installing it from here-

Opengl32.dll is missing? Download it for Windows 7, 8, 10, Xp, Vista, 32 or 64 bit - Fix4Dll.com
