Dynamic switchable graphics laptop, not switching.

I have an old Aspire laptop (7750G) that I wanted to clean up and use for some basic 3D model viewing. Originally it had Win7 on it and worked fine, however the old HD went out so I installed a new SSD in it. Considering Windows 7 isn't easy to get drivers for, and isn't compatible with the newer 3D viewer, I installed Windows 10 (system isn't compatible with 11). Everything was recognized and all of the drivers were installed. I downloaded the newest driver for the secondary GPU (HD 6650M), and it seemingly worked as well.

However I am running into an issue where Win10 doesn't recognize the alternative GPU in "graphic settings". I wanted to add a few programs to auto use the 6650M over the integrated one, but it only lists the integrated one as an option.

I did attempt in the Radeon software to setup programs as well, but it still doesn't seem to switch over.

Does anyone have any idea on what's going on? When I run Nova Bench for instance It will crash on the GPU test and throw out nb3d.exe stopped working. But it also is only recognizing the integrated GPU.
