No, but a Windows 7 Home Premium installation disk. Would that help?
Try http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/681-startup-repair.html and see if the repair mechanism finds the OS . If finds, run it at least three times, with restarts after every single run .

If at least three attempts of startup repair fails to recover it, let us know the situation.
