Oracle for Windows 7 Ultimate x64

It's been a long time i tried installing oracle 10g in Oracle for Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and failed. I did some research and came to know that 11gR2 can be installed in windows 7. I really would appreciate a help if anyone could help me confirm it or guide me installing a oracle in Windows 7.
