orinigal image recovery help

i opened a file from MS paint, i edited it and by chance saved it on the original one and now i have the edited version which has some affects on it but i want to get my original one back.
please help urgent

I am sorry if you have replaced the original one you can't get it back that easily, check it if it's in the recycle bin.

i didnt delete it i saved it over the original one.

p.s for a small while i kept the original one as my desktop background can i some way recover from any desktop images archive ?

It can be possible, righ-click the desktop > personalize > desktop backgroung. Windows Photo Viewer should be selected. Select you image and Ctrl + C then paste it wherever u like.
