Out of Range:106.4gHZ/85Hz.Also i can't change my refresh rate.

I'm having problems with my PC so i tried to find the solution via internet.Whenever i 'm trying to play a specific game(NBA 2k12) i get this messageut of range 106.4kHz/85Hz.My specs are:Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6600 @ 2.4GHZ,RAM:4GB,32-bit,NVIDIA GeForce GT440.My resolution settings are 1920x1080.I tried many ways but nothing!Also when i'm trying to change the refresh rate(i.e from 60 Hz to 85) i don't have this option!I can only have 60Hz.Is this correct?I don't know if you can understand me,but i hope so!I'm looking forward your reply!

Given the error, I'm gathering you're running the game at a refresh rate of 85Hz (don't know what the 106.4?Hz is, though, you went from GHz in title to KHz in body, heh)? Maybe your monitor cannot refresh that fast and you're forcing it to? What monitor are you using? Do you know what its native refresh rate is? That information should be available in its manual or something. If you know its supported refresh rate, run the game at that rate and see what happens.

I do this too often, I get stuck on an idea and forget to read the rest of the post, missing important information. Silly person I can be. So you are running it at 60Hz? Assuming your monitor supports 60Hz, maybe you have some kind of software associated with your graphics card and it is forcing a different rate? But you said it only occurs in this particular game. . .don't know.
