Solved Outlook 2010 - Missing Delete From Server Information

Hi

I have setup an email address to open up in Outlook 2010. My host provider has asked that I set it up so that emails can be deleted from server after x amount of days. Unfortunately, unlike on my other laptops, I cannot find this option. I have gone into Advanced Settings etc but it appears to be missing. (Please see print screen image.)

Does anyone know how I can access this information?

Hello Natasha007, welcome to Seven Forums.

The reason is because you have set your account up as IMAP. The option you are looking for comes with a POP3 account, which is set up like this:
