Outlook 2013 continuously syncing every few seconds

I'm running into an issue where Outlook seems to continuously sync every two to three seconds. Trying to determine best troubleshooting options.

Any thoughts?

Hi ricecracker, welcome to the Forum.

Is your Office 2013 up to date with all the updates. You can check this by opening any Office program, click on File at the top LH corner & then click on Account which will show Office Updates, click on that & select Update Now. If it needs to update it will run in the background, so you can close the Office program & continue to work on your computer. You should have updates installed automatically which can be selected from this section as well, if it's not already selected.

You can also try an Office Repair. To do that open Control Panel, select Programs & Features, scroll down to Microsoft Office 2013, Right click on it & select Change. This will open a couple of Repair options you can try.

This MS website deals with the problem as well, so read through it & try some of the suggested remedies. The website is quite long so scroll through it.
