Solved Outlook 2013 IMAP Issues

Hi

Im using a private domain email with outlook (IMAP) i was using office 2010 until today and no issues at all. All my IMAP folders works great with filters.

Today i upgraded to Office 2013 and im have issues with IMAP folders. I know its widely known issue but so far i didnt find any solution. My IMAP folders are not showing. I unsubscribe and subscribe again at that time im getting this error : http://i.imgur.com/aTvewHr.jpg

Sync Issue folder shows this result :

20:21:08 Synchronizing Hierarchy

20:21:10 Error in folder 'Inbox'

20:21:10 Terminated in error

I tried removing my account completely and added again. still not showing. would really appreciate if anyone can guide me to a solution

Update :
Issue has been fixed, and i would like to share how i fixed this issue so that anyone else facing similar issue can overcome
1) Login to your webmail
2) Move all your mails from subfolders to your main inbox
3) Delete the subfolder from WebMail
4) Create new subfolders from Webmail
5) Now create a new IMAP account with Outlook 2013
Weirdest part is I really dont understand how come outlook 2013 accepts newly created imap folders, but fails to subscribe to old subfolders
