ok so i was think too overclock ym pc. at first i was going to over clock ym cpu but i read for gaming you should overclock my gpu. and ofcourse i read all the warnings that it can mess up my pc or over heating im plainging on buying an extra fan(buying a cooling pad that has like 4 fans). so before i do anything at all i want some opinions and this is the place for it :). so should i over clock my gpu, cpu, or dont do it at all?

Is this what you are wanting to over clock.

hp 15 notebook - Walmart.com

You keep stating PC in your post but your specs show notebook.

If it is the notebook I doubt that you can over clock it and you wouldn't want to.
It would just overheat.

In your specs.

advanced system care ultimate 8

I highly recommend not using anything from IObits.

Basically with OC'ing laptops, it can be done, and can work perfectly if done correctly and sensibly, I've overclocked my CPU only by 500mhz on each core (4) and its been running that way for a year solid with no heat issues what so ever, however, i've simply done it the amd CCC , However with such a low spec CPU and GPU, i doubt you would see any noticable difference at all, Hate to say it but it wont run many games at all mate.

Must be rather laggy and slow. Im guessing just to idle it will hog most of the resources available
