We're talking about your local ip address. An easy way to figure out your internal ip address is to run "ipconfig" in a console window, your IPv4 address is your local ip. Enter the last digit(s) in that box and save your settings. Should fix your problem. Also make sure you have an entry there for both TCP and UDP.
And as I said above, setting your upload to unlimited is unwise unless you have say a dedicated T1 or something. You're not only throttling your download bandwidth, but it will also adversely effect your other internet activities, like browsing the internet. It's nice to give back, but do so without overloading your connection.
