pages not refreshing when clicking on links

ive noticed that in IE 8 64-Bit that sometimes when i click on links, like page three of a thread on seven forums for example, it will go to the last "viewed" page instead of refreshing the page..

for example, on one of my threads.. i saw that someone replied and i clicked on page 3.. when page three loaded it was still my post.. once i press f5 and refresh the new post shows up

kinda odd...? have not tested in IE 8 32-Bit, will get back when i do

Internet options/Browser History settings should say "every visit to the page".

I found this when googling the two options: "3) Automatically: This is the default option. Here IE see's how often pages are actually updated. If a page is not updated frequently, IE reduces the frequency with which it checks that page." The Temporary Internet Files Folder In Windows 7 & Vista.
