Avast Free
Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit
Malwares Anti-Ransomware
AVG
Malwarebytes Premium
etc
Try disabling or uninstalling one of your AVs
You might have corrupt system files
Then copy and paste sfc /scannow into Administrative CMD or
Download
SFC SCANNOW.bat from my OneDrive, right-click > run as administrator.
Reboot
