Parents computer randomly BSODs

I don't know what causes this machine to BSOD. I looked at BlueScreenView and it looks like Realtek driver something is causing it and my only guess is a north/south bridge driver, but it has the newest installed, and I don't know how to uninstall and re-install all the things involved. Please help. thanks in advance

These programs could interfere with the boot process giving you trouble and increase the boot time.

Please update the Realtek LAN driver, it needs updating and it caused the latest 2 crashes.
