partition in hard disk

recently i hav purchased HP pavilion dv6 having windows7 as its OS ,bt i am not satisfied with the partition of space in hard disk among the three drives.
now i want to knowhow to do partition in it without formatting it......

Go to the Orb search box and type in "create and format " There will be an option at the top to "create and format hard disk partitions".

Click on that and your hard drives, with their current partitions, will show up. Select the drive/partition you want to change and right click on the partition. One of the options will be to shrink the partition.

At this point you can change the size.

There are third party utilities that will also partition the drives and re-arrange the data at the same time.
