Password not recognized windows 7 home premimum

When i enter my password it is not recognized and ask me to reenter. Ask for password reset disk which I do not have. Also my windows activation has expired. I do not understand because this is a Dell factory bought computer with the product key on top of the computer.

Hello and welcome Ronnie mate have you contacted Dell support yet?? The activation code is as far as I know valid until such time you install a new version or OEM onto that machine.

Can you get into safe mode if so run these
