Hi All
I just been giving a laptop that hasn't been use for years. Now problem is don't know password and he forgotten it. I know computers so I have check online and this is what I done so far.
Tried safe mode with command prompt... no good as ask for password before command prompt.
Tried the software people recommend to burn on disk or USB.. don't have a blank disk and wont let me burn on USB unless I pay.
Tried to restore factory setting.. guess what??? ask for a password...
and last of all I cant get adminstor account to show up arghhhhhhhhhh
Any help would be nice.. I'm gonna put win 10 on would it be better to dl that and install it from stract?
