PC Freeze at Startup due to Bittorrent

My pc freezes at startup(blanks icon+laggy) for 10seconds to 2 minutes depending upon torrent size....when i remove torrent pc starts normal.. any solution?

I use torrents for many files so it is in startup..
but same problem is with my dell laptop 5110 showing same issue....without bittorrent no problem but with bittorrent same problem
