As the title says, the PC freezes but HDD light keeps ON.
After restart, it wont recognize the DVD or the HDD drives.
If I wait sometime it recognizes again, but after a while it keeps freezing/not recognizing...

When it dont recognize it says that there is some problem with HDD, to make a copy and to to change it.. but it also dont recognize the DVD drive.

It freezes sometimes on windows, sometimes before windows login(when its loading) and even when trying to load safemode, when its loading the drivers.

It started 5 days after I change the PSU and GPU. Also formatted Windows.

Already tested the system with the old PSU and graphic card.
Also changed the SATAs connections on the mobo to different ones.

Maybe MOBO problem?

Thanks.

Have you tried running with the DVD drive disconnected? What steps have you done to check the hard drive for bad sectors or errors?

System Info:
We know very little about your system, so it is difficult to provide troubleshooting. Please follow the http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-debugging/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html even though you are not getting a blue screen. Those instructions provide us with logs to help determine hardware conflicts, program conflicts, system errors, etc.

Also, please fill in your system specs in your profile and not in a post in this thread: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/180324-system-info-see-your-system-specs.html

As I said before,
It freezes sometimes on windows, sometimes before windows login(when its loading) and even when trying to load safemode, when its loading the drivers.

I understand its almost impossible to help with just this information, I will try to be lucky and get the logs.

Sorry, I didn't go back and re-read your first post since yesterday. I just searched for "Safe Mode" in the thread, and since you used safemode, I did not find it.

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219533-troubleshooting-windows-7-failure-boot.html is probably your best option at this point.

Edit:
I'm now 0 for 2 with you today.

Hardware Stripdown:
   Warning
Before you proceed with the following, answer these two questions: Are you still under warranty? Does your warranty allow you to open up the machine to check hardware? If you are unsure of the answers to these questions, contact your system manufacturer. :warn:WARNING: The steps that follow can void your warranty!!!

Strip down your system to run only the bare essentials: one RAM module, the CPU, motherboard, one hard disk, one graphics card (or use onboard graphics if you have it), keyboard, mouse, and one monitor. See how the system behaves. If it is stable, add one piece of hardware back at a time until you get crashes/freezes again. Take notes of what hardware you add and how the system responds to the hardware changes.

As you add and remove hardware, follow these steps for ESD safety:
  1. Shut down and turn off your computer.
  2. Unplug all power supplies to the computer (AC Power then battery for laptops, AC power for desktops)
  3. Hold down the power button for 30 seconds to close the circuit and ensure all power drains from components.
  4. Make sure you are grounded by using proper grounding techniques, i.e. work on an anti-static workbench, anti-static desk, or an anti-static pad. Hold something metallic while touching it to the anti-static surface, or use an anti-static wristband to attach to the anti-static material while working. If you do not have an anti-static workbench, desk, or pad, you can use your computer tower/case by finding a metal hold in it, such as a drive bay.
Once these steps have been followed, it is safe to remove and replace components within your computer.
