PC freezes with no error message

Hey guys, I've been having problems with my PC freezing for no apparent reason. I don't get any error message, no BSOD, no minidump, event logger has no errors, except that Windows started after not shutting down properly. I'm out of ideas here, did memtest, got all my OC settings to default even though I've been using them since 2011 and are 100% stable. What I noticed is when I use Google Music page (https://play.google.com/music/listen) to play some music and leave my PC idle for ~30 mins the freeze has a much higher chance of occuring so I've been using that to test turning off different programs with no luck. It rarely happens when I'm using the computer, never when playing games etc. Best chance of occurring is when there are few programs running and PC is idle for some time which has me extremely puzzled. Temperatures with Furmark running seem to be fine (note these are measured when still overclocked so for stock are even lower):

My PSU is XFX 550W.
Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Have you tried running several passes of memtest86+? If not; i would download that to a flash drive and run several passes through that as sometimes it takes several run throughs for errors with your ram to show up. If that does not do anything post back and we can go from there.

Hi, sorry for not responding for so long I've reinstalled my system in hopes of fixing the issue and it was fine for a few days but it crashed just now... Great... Anyway I ran memtest for about 5 hours and it made several passes during that time (4-5?).

You need to run at leas 8 continus passes with memtest86+ to get proper results or until it flags bad memory.

It does take a long time.

Ok I left it on for the night and it still came back fine so I guess RAM is not the issue here.
