PC re-boots after Shut Down?!

Ever since recently, about a week ago to be exact, my PC has been acting rather strange. After I shut down, after a few minutes or even hours it boots back up! I have no idea why it does this. Another similar issue is when I put it to sleep it will immediately turn right back on. Does anyone know what the cause of this is?

Specs:
Gigabyte P55-USB3 Motherboard.
Nvidia GeForce GTX 560Ti
Intel i7 860 2.8GHz
G Skill Rip jaw Series 8 Gigabyte RAM
2 Terabyte HD
