PC Restarting

I'm on Win 7 HP 32-bit 4 GB RAM

Dell Optiplex GX620

Intel(R) 82945G Express Chipset Family

Only when I'm on YouTube

It's fine when I go on Twitch, Running Videos on Twitter & Listening to my Music on my HDD

When it restart, It disables my USB Wifi Adapter

YouTube does load up the data download & packet receives upload a lot, so it might be a WiFi driver problem. Have a look in Device Manager & see if there are any yellow exclamation marks showing.

The fact that when it restarts the WiFi is disabled also points a problem in this area.

I don't see the Yellow ?

Only when it re-starts & get the Blue Srceen, I didn't take a pic of it, I wasn't ready

Is the WiFi adapter lugged directly into a USB port or are you using a USB hub. USB hubs can cause problems with USB devices.

Also is the WiFi adapter powered by the USB, if it is it might be drawing too much power from the USB. Does it have an AC adapter that you can use to power it, to see if that fixes the problem.

It could be CPU and / or GPU temperature.

- Download Open Hardware Monitor - Core temp, fan speed and voltages in a free software gadget
- Expand to C:\Program Files (x86)\HardwareMonitor
- Run openHardwareMonitor.exe

It will log the max and min temp

I forgot to put it a Dell Optiplex GX620 Small Tower for Businesses, I only thing I added is the RAM

something to keep in mind - your motherboard is 13 years old. When they go bad they can produce some weird symptoms. I had a system once that would restart when I played videos when using Chrome, but was fine when using firefox. Fortunately I had a spare motherboard that was an exact replacement, and after putting it in everything was fine. That board was 8 years old.

Your CPU doesn't have temperature sensor so we can't know what temp it's running.
When was the last time you cleaned the CPU heat sink?

I have to have my nephew help me on the heat Sink thing.

I got thermal paste, Have to see if he helps me clean it

Normally you don't need to take the heat sink from the CPU. What you need to do is to take the fan from the heat sink. Then with a vacuum cleaner and a paint brush clean the heat sink. When done, attach the fan back and connect it to the MB.
