PC Restarts, Mouse and keyboard stops working randomly

Hi Guys!

I have recently assembled a pc!

My system:
Intel Processor i3 3.4GHZ 3240 ( I bought this one new with 8 months warranty remaining)
Mother board Asus h61m-K (Its also new with 8 months warranty remaining)
Ram DDR3 4GB (Used)
Power supply 420W (Used)

After a few days use the Pc used to restart after 5 to 6 hours of working and then everything go again to normal for another 5 hours! I also got the blue screen error of windows a few times!

I figured out that the fan speed of CPU was at normal, I changed it to turbo level ,after that the restarting stopped for a few days but recently it started again randomly now there is no trend it happens randomly. Lately my mouse and keyboard start freezing with numlock light and the laser light of mouse turning off: I plugged them out to a different usb ports but off no use, I have to force restart the pc to make it Normal functioning again!
I am using Windows 7 64 bit, I have changed the windows many time but off no use.Can anyone tell me what is likely to be the problem? I think there is a problem with the supply or the motherboard but dont know how to check it??

Chek the south bridge temps bro. the only way is to touch the heatsnk when the computer is in runing state .

Dont touch with nude feet on floor

I turned on the pc for 10 minutes and then checked the south bridge temp.....It was hot......I could touch it for a few seconds but not more due to the heat........Is it required to be hot or cold???
Whats the conclusion here??
