Pc working slow

Hi
My pc was running games beautifully until one day the pc was not starting and gave this error "disk read error" but i somehow got rid of it and the pc started but my games started working slow
today i formatted my whole pc but still no luck the pc still works slow

P.S i had installed a beta version of bios before i had the pc working after the error but now i have installed it to the previous version but it runs slow

you might have thoose CRC errors, you can change your cable, or your drive is dying..

As recommended, replace the data cable, however, I am willing to bet, if you leave the computer on, doing something or nothing, it gets progressively worse. Which is probably the HD is having thermal failure.

What are the HD diagnostic results? Do you need help with this?
