when I enter into the multi boot selection menu, I came across PCI Slot,what is it?

The PCI slot has been in computers for many years. It's a physical slot where you can fit such things as graphics cards, sound cards, extra usb ports etc., but you can also fit a card in it to which another hard drive can be connected internally. If you then wanted to boot from this particular drive, you would select that PCI Slot as the boot device.
