PDFs printing in colour even when black and white is specified

Hi,

so the printer settings are set to black and white on the server, the PC and on Adobe but when I try to print PDFs they still come off in colour!! What else could be set to do this? Thanks.

printer settings aren't retained
prolly cos the printer is admin installed, go into admin mode and change thusly. (howto is in this forum)
