Hello every one.. I have collection of about 1000 wallpapers and I want them to cycle randomly as my background.. the thing is when I set the wallpaper to shuffle between them it sets some of those pictures as background more often then the other.. I would like for the random system to work like it puts every of those pictures as a wallpaper once and when every one of those 1000 has been set a wallpaper once it will start over again in new random order.

I don't think I'll be able to do that in the default settings but is there some wallpaper changer that works like that??

right click on desktop click perzonilze then there should be another tab called desktop background click that and choose all the pictures you want as a background and set how fast you want each wallpaper to change to a new one like say every 10 secs and so the picture is differnt every cyle click on the little box next to were it says shuffle then click on were it says save changes and now you should have a wallpaper on your desktop that changes randomly to what ever pics you added at a rate of what ever specified time you set it at like change every 10secs

I'm not sure about an external program, but as a workaround you could either a) just don't set it to shuffle, and it'll go through every picture in order until it uses them all, or b) shuffle the files yourself; i.e. randomly give each picture a unique number from 1-100, although that'll probably take a long time.

Also, check to make sure you don't have duplicates of the files, because that might be the cause of some showing up more often than others. Sorry, I don't know of any actual program to shuffle them for you.

I'm running Windows COMPLETELY off a 2TB portable hard drive (since my 300GB internal drive just isn't big enough). It works exactly the same as it would normally, only it has to be constantly connected to my USB port. Obviously. I'll show you how to do it, if you ask! It's pretty cool.
