pfl_list corrupted & irq not less or equal

Hi , it's been around 3 or 4 days since i am having this two BSOD.
They both came from nowhere, i didn't install new hardware ( no new graphics card, or ram, nothing at all)
i tryed to format, but it seems that the problem was not solved.

can someone tell me where the bump files are? and how i upload them? because i really need help!

some additional information:
i am running windows 7 ultimate 32bit
my hardware is:
phenom II x4 910 e
generic 4 gb ram 1066mhz
HD samsumg 500gb
the mother board is a shit it is a apm80-d3

OK, thanks for the attention and the help, i will update the drivers as soon as i get home today, and if the BSOD occur again i will call for a help.:p
