Ah, an extended warranty.

Laptop issues are a little more difficult to debug if they are hardware related. I do not know if yours is hardware related, though. The best way to find out would be to restore to the factory image and see if you still have the same problems.

This is looking more and more like a hardware issue. I do not see anything in your drivers that looks suspicious, and if I were to guess which hardware, I would say either the RAM or the graphics card RAM is causing the problem. Did you ever run the graphics tests I gave in the last step of post #2?

Yeah but I've run Furmark for 15 minutes. I will run it more than 15 minutes.

Well, I can say that GPU becomes very hot when I play game etc.

It can be onboard GPU of Intel because BSoD happens randomly. And I won't be surprised if it is because of RAM

Have you checked for dust build-up on the GPU or in the graphics card cooling fan? These can get VERY dusty after a long time of use.

Alright, let us know when you are able to clean the dust out.

To remove dust, follow the subsequent general procedure. If you have a desktop bought from Dell, HP, Sony, Lenovo, etc. make sure removing the desktop casing will not void your warranty first. Call the company if you are still under warranty and ask if it is okay to remove the casing and blow dust out. The procedure described is fine for laptops; just make sure no stickers are on panels saying if you remove the panel it will void the warranty.
  1. Shut down and turn off your computer.
  2. Unplug all power supplies to the computer (AC Power then battery for laptops, AC power for desktops)
  3. Hold down the power button for 30 seconds to close the circuit and ensure all power drains from components.
  4. Remove the casing for a desktop, or remove any screwed on panels and disc drives for laptops.
  5. Blow out the dust inside by using a can of compressed air or a low pressure compressor. You will want to put the computer on a desk or table so you can maintain the can in an upright position if using a can of air. Blow into all crevices on the motherboard, heat sinks, cards, modules, etc. for a desktop. Blow into vents, opened panels, disc drive areas, USB ports, and the keyboard if it is a laptop. You may also want to blow inside the disc drive by replacing the drive to the laptop, starting the computer, opening the drive, and then turning off the computer and removing all power as described above including the 30 second power button step. For a desktop, you may also want to blow inside the disc drive by starting the computer, opening the drive, and then turning off the computer and removing all power as described above including the 30 second power button step.
  6. Replace casing for the desktop. Replace panels and disc drive (if you have not already done so) for the laptop.
  7. Plug power supplies in. AC adapter for the desktop. Battery and then AC Adapter for the laptop.
  8. Start the computer and see if performance is better.

It is laptop so I don't want to open it until its warranty is out of service ;) Well, Soluto suggested that top suspect is ESET.

Let us know how things go after removing ESET and replacing with Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

You could also just try re-installing ESET. It may be that it is just corrupted.

For the dust, you can blow it out without opening the laptop. I have done so many times with success. Just blow into any vents in the laptop, blow into the keyboard area, usb ports, etc. Be thorough, and you should get most of the dust out without having to open the laptop up. Just make sure the computer is turned off and all power sources are removed first. Also, hold down the power button for 30 seconds once the power sources are removed to close the circuit and drain all power. Then use compressed air to blow out all vents, keyboard areas, usb ports, etc.

If those steps do not work, send the laptop in and use your warranty.

Well, when I was downloading something with Internet Download Manager, PFN List Corrupt came. It came 2 day before too.

Soluto says that Windows Explorer | Microsoft crashed - Probably caused by idmbrbtn64.dll / Exception access violation (c0000374)

I wonder if all parts of my laptop are faulty manufactured somehow... Geez! Different programs, SAME DAMN BSoD

  • Many of us on the forums actually do not recommend automated optimization tools for Windows 7. Windows 7 does a much better job of handling its own optimization than its predecessors did. We especially do not recommend registry cleaning as an "optimization" step because automated registry cleaning causes more harm to the registry than it actually repairs.

In the future, if you need help optimizing Windows 7, please post a thread in Performance & Maintenance - Windows 7 Forums or follow the tutorial enclosed in that forum to http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorial...ws-7-a.html?filter[2]=Performance Maintenance.

  • We do not recommend automated driver update software. It often finds drivers for devices similar to but not exactly the same as the hardware actually on the system. This can lead to conflicts and blue screen crashes. If you need help finding driver updates for a certain device, please start a thread in Drivers - Windows 7 Forums instead of using software. Driver updates are not always necessary and some updates can actually decrease system stability rather than increase it, so it is usually better not to update unless a device or its driver is causing problems with the system. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Have you been using the above from the beginning?

They can't be. I used them even in low performance computers, nothing happened.

WinOptimizer 9: Using drive cleaner only, like CCleaner
Slim Drivers: Looking if I have outdated drivers, not updating from Slimdrivers.

Well, BSoD started the same day that I had bought computer, after failed attempt of dividing HDD into two partitions but Windows didn't find any errors on HDD.

Good, you have at least been careful with those programs. Not likely an issue, then.

Have you created the recovery discs for the system? If not, do so.

If you have, do a full format of your hard disk using a Windows 7 disc. Steps 1-2 of http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219487-clean-reinstall-factory-oem-windows-7-a.html#post1839164 will get you the Windows 7 media.

Use the advanced drive options in step 7. of http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1649-clean-install-windows-7-a.html to remove all partitions. Then, format your disk and exit the installation. Next, use your recovery DVDs to install the factory image again.

Acer Support: Frequently Asked Questions list for How to use Acer eRecovery may be of help, too.
